Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the digital nature of the product. However, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. If there is an issue with the manual, such as missing pages, we will correct it in a timely manner. We will also provide a refund if you purchased a manual but have not yet accessed the download link.
